Open a contact
Select a contact to open their full record in the panel on the right. The header shows the contact’s name, a link to their LinkedIn profile, their title, and the company they belong to. Below that, you’ll see their persona match (with a checkmark) and their signal count, for example:Person tab
Shows the contact’s own details: first name and last name; role; created at and updated at; address — city, state, country, postal code; contact & social — phone, email, LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, GitHub.Company tab
Shows the company behind the contact: company name and short name; website; description; industry tags; technology tags; founded year, organization revenue, number of employees; created at and updated at; address — city, state, country, postal code; contact & social — phone, email, LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook. This is the same company detail 1eyeᴬᴵ uses to evaluate ICP fit — see ICPs for how that evaluation works.Target Lists tab
Shows the target lists this contact currently belongs to.Persona match explanations
When a contact matches a persona, select the persona badge to see why 1eyeᴬᴵ matched them. Example: “Title (VP, Marketing Leader) and department (marketing) directly align with the Marketing persona’s focus on campaign visibility and contact/account activation.” Use the explanation to sanity-check the match, or to spot a persona that needs a tighter description — see Personas.Look up email or phone
Some contacts show a Look up action next to a missing email or phone field instead of a value. Select Look up to have 1eyeᴬᴵ attempt to find that contact’s email or phone number on demand, rather than enriching every contact in bulk upfront. Use this when: a contact is persona- and ICP-matched but missing an email or phone; you want to confirm a contact has reachable data before adding them to a target list; you’re reviewing a target list and filling gaps in contact coverage. Each lookup uses credits, so review persona and company fit before triggering one. If the contact already has a value for that field, a lookup won’t run and won’t use credits. Not every lookup finds a result — some contacts don’t have publicly available or enrichable data.Search
Use the search bar to find a specific contact, company, title, or email.Filter buyers
Select Filter to open the filter query builder. Build one or moreWhere [field] [operator] [value] conditions to narrow the list.
Fields available include:
Select + Add condition to add more rows, and Clear all conditions to start over.
Export
Select Export CSV to download the contacts in the current view. 1eyeᴬᴵ will confirm the number of contacts before exporting, for example:Best practices
- Filter before exporting — The export reflects your current filtered view, so narrow it down first for a cleaner file.
- Check persona and company fit together — A strong persona match at a poor-fit company is still worth a second look before you act on it.
- Use Look up selectively — Only trigger a lookup for contacts you’re actually likely to pursue — it’s a per-contact action that uses credits.
- Review the persona explanation when a match looks off — If a badge doesn’t make sense, it usually points to a persona description that needs tightening.
